THOUSAND OAKS, CA — One of the major parts of the Los Angeles Rams four headed monster of wide receivers that includes Brandin Cooks, Josh Reynolds, Cooper Kupp and Robert Woods. In 2018 Woods exceeded expectations at the position so much that the team added $1 million to his salary in 2019 and giving him a $2 million roster bonus for 2020, which is fully guaranteed.
The Rams have truly gotten a steal with Woods’ five-year, $34 million contract. In the words of DJ Khaled and the late Nipsey Hussle, Woods is ready to take his game higher. Woods has been a focal point along with Kupp and Cooks in this high powered offense led by RB Todd Gurley and QB Jared Goff. Woods’ expectations for himself this season are on par for the Rams to make a return Super Bowl run. Last season, Woods caught 86 passes for 1,219 yards and six touchdowns, which proved to be his best year yet as a member of the Rams.
